These Terms of Use govern the use of the Emsland Rätsel app (hereinafter referred to as the "App").
By using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use.

- Solving the Real-Life-Riddles
§ 3 User Account
- The registration of a user account is required to use certain features of the App.
- You are obligated to provide truthful and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
§ 4 Rights of Use
- You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the App in accordance with
these Terms of Use.
- All rights to the App, in particular copyrights and other protective rights, remain with the developer.
§ 5 User Obligations
- You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to distribute any illegal or harmful content.
- You may not misuse the App, in particular not by:
- Attempting to compromise the security of the App.
- Uploading viruses or other malicious software.
- Distributing spam or unsolicited content.
§ 6 Liability
- The developer / operator of the App is only liable for intent and gross negligence.
- For damages resulting from the use of the App, the developer / operator is only liable insofar as these are
based on a breach of essential contractual obligations.
- The developer / operator assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content
provided.
§ 7 Privacy Policy
The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our App Privacy Policy.
§ 8 Changes to the Terms of Use
The developer / operator reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be
communicated to users in an appropriate manner.
§ 9 Final Provisions
- The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
- The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms of Use is Meppen.
- If individual provisions of these Terms of Use should be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining
provisions remains unaffected.
- These terms of use apply regardless of the operator.
